ZSG KITCHEN MANAGER’S SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on
  • A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen
  • Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial & rostering
  • Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience
  • Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards
