  • Experienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
Responsibilities

ZSG HEAD COOK’S RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen.
  • Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., COGS financial & rostering.
  • Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience.
  • Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards.
  • Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies.
  • Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
  • Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff.
  • Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
  • Assisting with the training of staff.
