Job Description We have multiple positions available. Please specify which role you are interested in when applying: Part Time Commis Chef Part Time Cook Cook (Part Time) – Key Responsibilities Prepare and organise mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations Assist with food preparation across all service periods Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Keep your work area clean, organised and hygienic Follow food safety standards and support stock rotation practices Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with procedures Support the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service Commis Chef (Part Time) – Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes across all service periods, including functions and events Set up and run a designated section during service Ensure all mise en place is prepared and service ready Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation Work closely with senior chefs to deliver a smooth, high-quality service Qualifications Cook (Part Time) – Skills & Qualifications Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen (entry-level experience considered) Basic knife skills and ability to prepare ingredients efficiently Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, motivated and willing to leave Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Commis Chef (Part Time) – Skills & Qualifications Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or currently undertaking) Previous experience in a hotel or commercial kitchen environment Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work independently within a section during service Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Strong time management and organisational skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop culinary skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information What is in it for you?
