• Attention to Detail: You’ll have a keen eye for cleanliness, ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are spotless, free from grease, dirt, and contaminants to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
• Effective Communication: You will communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff, follow instructions accurately, and feel comfortable asking questions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Team Player Attitude: Working well within a team is essential. You’ll support your colleagues with a positive mindset, remain calm under pressure, and be ready to assist wherever needed.

  This is a full-time role, with typical shifts covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support hotel operations.
