OUR ROLE

As a Kitchen Porter. You will have the opportunity to embrace and experience a thriving kitchen environment. To learn and develop your skills and passion, with potential to progress further within your career, under the mentorship of our senior chefs and Head Chef. Your will be responsible for delivering a high level of health and hygiene, cleanliness. To be attentive and confident in peak service times. Adhering to additional requests to support within the kitchen, as and when they arise.

YOUR ROLE:

• Keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitised.
• Sweep and mop floors twice a day.
• Wash all cutlery and cookware with speed to ensure rotation.
• arrange food and supply storage areas organised.
• Take our rubbish and waste.
• Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations.
