Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment. And refrigerator units
  • Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the owner including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
  • Support cooking staff during service by ensuring all necessary items are readily available.
  • Help with the organisation of storage areas, ensuring that all food items are stored correctly and safely.
  • Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a tidy work area throughout the shift, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as required by the kitchen management team.
