We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team within a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness and organisation, assisting with food preparation, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, as we provide full training and progression to become a Commis Chef and beyond.

The role:
- 1 or 2 shifts a week which will be spread across Wed-Sat evenings or Saturday daytime, plus overtime for holiday cover.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Learning from experienced chefs with hands-on training
- Production of dishes to the required standard under the guidance of the team

- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn
