• Ability to work well in a team and take instruction
• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
• Weekend availability essential

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our hardworking kitchen team at Aunty Lena’s. This is a vital back-of-house role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and supporting a busy kitchen environment. This is a full-time position, paid at €13.50 per hour.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required
• Ensure dishwashing areas are kept clean and organised
• Manage waste and recycling in accordance with hygiene standards
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including HACCP
• Work efficiently to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, especially during busy service times
