Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a busy kitchen environment?
We’re seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen and food & beverage teams.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen areas clean, ensuring crockery and cutlery are ready for service, and assisting with food preparation—helping to create a smooth dining experience for everyone.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Daily cleaning of all kitchen areas, staff canteens and kitchen corridors
  • The washing of all kitchen equipment for the chefs and all crockery and cutlery for the restaurant service staff
  • Ensure the kitchen is kept clean during service times and that all walk through areas are kept clear of any obstruction and that floors are kept dry.
  • Communicate effectively with all staff
