Key Responsibilities: To ensure all areas of the kitchens and service areas on all floors are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. To work in all areas of the kitchen according to the weekly rota. To ensure all areas are regularly checked for maintenance and repairs. To comply with all Health and Safety, and Food Safety legislation. To receive, count, inspect and store goods and/or equipment and dispensing them to different departments. Waste management. To be involved in some food preparation and service.
