Job Description Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers Kitchen Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials Inventory Management – Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients Compliance with Health and Safety – maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring equipment is in good working order Shifts will be a combination of both early and late shifts. Responsibilities

The Kitchen Porter is responsible for essential kitchen duties including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of all kitchen surfaces, and assisting with the receiving, storing, and organizing of supplies and ingredients.
