Kitchen Porter/ Assistant required to work in busy brunch kitchen.

Duties will include but not limited to the following:

  • Wash and clean dishes, pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery etc.
  • Help to keep the Kitchen clean and comply with hygiene standards.
  • Help the chefs with different tasks, e.g. food prep, daily cleaning etc.
  • Unload deliveries
  • Organise the storeroom/fridges
  • Remove waste from the kitchen

The ideal candidate would be someone with some experience and we believe you should:

  • Be able to follow instruction.
  • Be a good team player.
  • Communicate well.

You will be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays but will predominantly be weekend based (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) for a minimum of 3 days per week with the opportunity to work more if required to cover holidays/ sickness etc. This is a permanent role and not a summer job.
SOCIAL HOURS: shifts will be day time only as we are only open between the hours of 9am - 5pm.
Additionally, role holder will receive a share of the tips based on hours worked.
