Responsibilities

Being open and willing to learn
Cleaning of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, equipment, etc, as required, and to ensure they are stored correctly
To carry out cleaning duties in a timely manner, as per the Kitchen cleaning schedule, and in accordance with our Hotel policies and procedures and with your training
To complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists for all cleaning tasks performed
To ensure the highest level of food safety and cleanliness of your workplace at all times
Working collaboratively with your colleagues, offering them assistance in response to any needs they may have
To adhere to your health & safety training, and Company policies and procedures, in respect of Fire, Health and Safety, Hygiene and Food Hygiene
To assist in ensuring that we offer excellent customer service to all our guests at all times
To ensure that you maintain the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, uniform, appearance, body language and conduct at all times
