• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly.
• Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
• Ensure that all waste is disposed of properly and recycling protocols are followed.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by helping with various tasks as needed.
• Keep stock areas tidy and assist with inventory management.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
