KITCHEN PORTER WITH CLEANING DUTIES - 6 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT (STARTING 4TH SEPTEMBER), 5 DAYS PER WEEK, WEEKEND WORK MUST BE INCLUDED. HOURS BETWEEN 7AM - 7PM.

Millets Farm is looking for a full time Kitchen Porter with cleaning duties based in our Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant and Rose Cottage Café, located at Sprouts Play Barn.
This is a very active role which requires somebody who is physically fit with a strong work ethic.

DUTIES:

• Cleaning dishes
• Working with large dishwashers
• General cleaning of the restaurant and café areas
• General cleaning on site before opening, including toilets, mopping floors and other area’s that may need assistance
• Basic food preparations, assisting with pizzas/ fruit pots and other items
  It is important during the busy lunch service that the kitchen always has clean items when needed so being organised to manage the workload is a must. An understanding of the importance of good personal and food hygiene and an eye for detail are essential to maintain the high standards of cleanliness our customers expect.
