We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Moorings Fort William. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our culinary team can deliver outstanding dining experiences to our guests.

• Assist with food preparation and ensure all kitchen areas are clean and organized.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain hygiene standards.
• Support chefs by delivering ingredients and supplies as needed during service.
• Help with the storage of food items and ensure proper labeling and rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors and surfaces.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
