Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter / Washer Up to join our team in a busy hotel kitchen. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas
• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks as needed
• Dispose of waste following established procedures
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor of shortages

• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

  Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable

• Knowledge of food hygiene practices is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality

  Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
  Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
