Our popular steakhouse and first venture, Cocktails & Steaks, Uddingston was established in 2017 and we are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team.
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, as well as assisting our chefs with various tasks.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience 1 year in a kitchen environment
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and holidays.

• Wash, clean, and sanitise kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Assist chefs with food preparation and plating when needed.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling materials in a responsible manner.
• Keep storage areas organised and tidy.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Adhere to Food Safety Standards.
