EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
• A basic understanding of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
• A willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting is crucial.

• Keep the kitchen area clean and organised, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Maintain stock levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to the head chef.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Assist with the unloading of deliveries and storage of food items in accordance with safety guidelines.
