We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen staff. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for food preparation and cooking is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area by washing dishes, pots, and utensils promptly.
  • Support chefs during service by ensuring that all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
  • Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Help with the storage of food items and ensure proper stock rotation to minimise waste.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and deliver outstanding service.
