Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
  • Support chefs during service by ensuring all necessary utensils and ingredients are readily available.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to ensure a constant supply of clean dishes and kitchenware.
  • Help with the storage of food supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper rotation and stock management.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, reporting any hazards or issues to senior staff.
  • Assist with general kitchen duties as required, including cleaning floors, surfaces, and equipment.
