We are looking for a dependable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our team at Cardiff Bay's busiest venue. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen and be part of a supportive, energetic team. What's the Role? Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens and sinks Ensuring the entire kitchen is clean once it's closed to be ready for the next day Adhering to health and safety, COSHH practice at all times Washing dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans or loading dishes into the dishwasher Supporting the chef in basic food preparation like cutting ingredients, peeling and washing food items. Assisting kitchen staff as needed. Major events, weekend is a must— this is when the magic happens! Why Join Us?
