Arboretum Kilquade, our second store opened in 2015 on the National Garden Exhibition Centre site, has undergone a transformative makeover. The revamped store boasts a cutting-edge design, featuring a wide array of indoor plants, a food hall, a fashion boutique, and a health and wellness department. Rachel’s Secret Garden Café, a beloved spot, accommodates 100 diners overlooking the 17 exhibition gardens. The entire retail and plant area is roofed, ensuring a delightful shopping experience year-round.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certification in food safety and hygiene standards
• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Kitchen Porter in a reputable establishment.

• Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized
• Sweep and mop at the beginning, during and ending of each shift.
• Clean up spills as needed to avoid hindering of operation
• Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery to keep them in rotation
• Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
• Keep the food and supply storage areas clean and organised
• Take out the bins and Cardboard as required
• Help with routine food prep tasks when needed.
