• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the chefs, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Help with the organisation of storage areas for food supplies and kitchen tools.
• Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability within the kitchen.
