SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Harajuku Kitchen in the heart of Edinburgh. This role is vital to our operations, supporting our kitchen team to deliver exceptional Japanese food.

• Assist with food preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Support chefs during service by ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Help in receiving deliveries and organizing supplies.
• Contribute positively to the team atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.44-£14.00 per hour
