JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, supporting food preparation, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met. EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is advantageous.

  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly.
  • Support the culinary team during busy service periods by bussing tables and assisting with serving when required.
  • Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
