We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team. The Kitchen Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen environment. SKILLS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous.
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff by bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are clean and organized.
• Help set up for banquets and catering events, ensuring all necessary items are available for service.
• Perform regular cleaning duties to uphold health regulations, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist in cooking tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors.
• Handle food items safely in compliance with food handling guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.
