KITCHEN PORTER

Description:
We are looking for kitchen porters to join our team at Kilkea Castle.
Reporting to the Head /Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchens.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience working in a kitchen is an advantage.
Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €13.50 per hour

Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
