Job description:
· Carry out all cleaning duties as per the cleaning schedule
· Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
· Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen at all times
· Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
· Reporting to the Head /Sous Chef
· Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
· Keep the food and supply storage areas organized
· Take out the garbage
· To carry out duties requested of you by the Head Chef/Sous Chef
Requirements:
· Previous experience working in a kitchen
· Good organisational skills and communication skills
· Flexibility in shifts
· Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour
