JOB SUMMARY

We’re on the lookout for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our back-of-house team. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, supporting the chefs by maintaining a clean and organised environment, and ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food prep surfaces, floors, and equipment
• Wash pots, pans, utensils, and crockery efficiently and hygienically
• Operate dishwashing machinery safely and effectively
• Assist with basic food preparation when required (e.g. peeling, chopping)
• Remove waste and recycling in line with health and safety guidelines
• Unload and store deliveries correctly
• Support chefs with ad hoc tasks during busy periods
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety procedures and company policies
