Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Duties:
- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, and pans
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen area
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Help with basic food preparation tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
