  At Yeatei, we’re launching a bold new Pan-Asian restaurant inspired by the glamour of 1920s Shanghai. With bold flavours, live music, and a vibrant yet refined atmosphere, we’re bringing something truly unique to the dining scene. As we prepare for launch, we’re looking for hardworking, reliable Kitchen Porters to support our chefs and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

THE ROLE

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping everything clean, organised, and ready for service. You’ll work closely with the chefs to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and to the highest hygiene standards. This is a great role for someone with a strong work ethic who wants to be part of a fast-paced and friendly team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitised.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and maintain washing-up stations.
• Help with basic food prep (such as peeling, chopping, or portioning) as directed by chefs.
• Organise deliveries and help store ingredients safely.
• Dispose of waste properly and keep back-of-house areas tidy.
• Support chefs and front-of-house teams during busy service times.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
