Kitchen Porter – 30 Hours p/w (Evenings & Weekends)
Location: Pappy’s Texas BBQ
Part-Time: 20-30 hours per week

We’re hiring a hard-working adult, reliable Kitchen Porter to join the team at Pappy’s Texas BBQ!
This is more than just a pot-washing job — it’s a chance to become part of an energetic crew serving up authentic slow-smoked BBQ to hungry customers across evenings, weekends, and the occasional late-night shift.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Assisting chefs with basic food prep and restocking
• Supporting the pit crew with smokehouse duties — a great opportunity to learn the art of BBQ!
• Helping with loading in/out for events when needed
• Jumping on general kitchen or cleaning tasks when the heat is on

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and tidy environment in the kitchen.
• Carry food and beverages to customers.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
• Clean up after customers leave.
• Monitor the cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
• Occasionally open or close the restaurants.
• Work with a team.
• weekend and weekday eve wor
