Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use
  • Support chefs during service by providing assistance as needed
  • Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Help maintain stock levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to management
  • Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices at all times
