Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back of house areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- undertaking weekly and daily cleaning
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed
Qualifications:
- Able to work in a team under pressure
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
