We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a vital back-of-house role within the hotel, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting the kitchen team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment to help deliver an excellent dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities As a Kitchen Porter, you will support our kitchen team in maintaining a smooth and efficient service. Your main responsibilities will include: Cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces. Managing waste disposal and recycling operations. Ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, pots, and pans by operating the dishwasher and performing handwashing tasks when necessary. General kitchen cleaning as well as deep cleans. Undertaking any other general duties as reasonably required by the chefs. About you Prior experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude. What we offer?
