Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
  • Keep the kitchen area clean and organised, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Support the culinary team by helping with the organisation of ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and storing food items appropriately.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Help with basic cooking tasks when required, contributing to meal preparation under supervision.
