Work alongside the culinary team to maintain HACCP standards.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations and pot-scrubbing station
Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the Kitchen department.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience and be capable of performing in a very challenging role. You must be fully flexible, hard working, have the ability to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
No previous experience necessary as full training will be provided.
