What there is to it As this is a brand-new role for a new opening, this is your chance to get involved from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Kitchen Team by ensuring the Kitchen is clean, organised and an efficient space that helps the whole team thrive from the very first service. The key duties and responsibilities of this role will include: • Ensure all dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment are clean and ready for use • Help unpack and organise deliveries, ensuring our pantry is stocked correctly and our kitchen is always prepared and ready • Lend a hand with food preparation, from peeling vegetables to fetching ingredients, playing a vital part in supporting our chefs during busy services • Maintain a clean, safe and sanitised environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met • Organising kitchen stock, utensils, and ingredients in order for the team to work efficiently during busy periods • Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned well on a daily basis and maintained There are a number of full-time, part-time and weekend positions. Full time positions will work any five days out of seven. Earnings are £11.65/hour to £13.50/hour, including TRONC (Tips & Service Charge), and are depending on age. Location – this is an onsite role and will be located at Mad Swans in the South Downs, Frith End Road, Blacknest, Hampshire, GU34 4QL. Working Hours – shift times will vary throughout the week; however, the operational times will be from 9.00 am to 11.00 pm. Working Days – your working days will depend on if you work full-time, part-time or weekend. Full-time members of the team will be required to work any five days out of seven and will involve working on weekends on a regular basis. Working hours will vary in line with the operating calendar and needs of the business. Responsibilities

The Kitchen Porter will play a key role in supporting the Kitchen Team by ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and efficient from the first service. Key duties include cleaning all dishes and equipment, assisting with deliveries and pantry stocking, and lending a hand with basic food preparation tasks.
