Marlin operates a collection of lifestyle hotels, aparthotels & serviced apartments across the capital cities of London and Dublin. We are now looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our hotel in Dublin and support our culinary team.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Kitchen Porters are the heart of our business and must be competent in the following:

  • Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
  • Collect and wash up pots and pans
  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery
  • Unload food and equipment deliveries
  • Keep the storeroom organised
  • Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
  • Ensure procedures and protocols are carried out to the highest quality
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Engage and support the company standards
