s a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operations. Your work is essential to ensuring our chefs have the tools and space they need to create their best dishes. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Cleaning: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, both by hand and using a dishwasher.
• Hygiene: Keeping the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment, clean and sanitised at all times.
• Support: Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Waste Management: Disposing of waste and recycling correctly.
• Organization: Unloading and organising deliveries, and helping to manage stock.
