Responsibilities:

• Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and organised
• Support the kitchen staff in food preparation and service
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Manage inventory and storage of food and kitchen supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen porter role or a related field
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to kitchen operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
