Working Hours: Around 40 hours per week, typically across 5 shifts between Monday and Sunday. Flexibility for additional hours may be required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment at all times
• Wash and correctly store dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Support chefs by ensuring all necessary items are clean and available when needed
• Handle cleaning tasks such as mopping floors, emptying bins, and sanitising surfaces
