THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Run the pot wash area and keep all kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery sparkling clean.
• Assist chefs with basic prep, stock rotation and organisation.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation procedures, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Help with waste management and recycling, keeping the kitchen spotless.
• Support the kitchen brigade during busy services with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
