• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to ensure a safe working environment.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items promptly and efficiently.
• Help with the organisation of storage areas, ensuring that all items are stored correctly and safely.
• Support the cooking team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
• Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain recycling practices within the kitchen.
