KITCHEN PORTER – PART-TIME

Murphy Browns is seeking an experienced Part-Time Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Porter is essential – please do not apply without prior KP experience
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

• Wash and sanitise dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Operate and maintain the industrial dishwasher
• Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Assist with basic food preparation and stock rotation
• Clean and sanitise work surfaces, floors, and equipment (including brushing and mopping)
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists
• Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
