Here at Ren’s Kitchen we are looking for a friendly and hardworking individual that can join our team as a Kitchen Porter. The right candidate must work well with others, clearly communicate with the team and be able to follow instructions. The role is made up of various roles and responsibilities including:

• Operating dishwashers and pot washing
• Ensure all cooking equipment and utensils are cleaned to a high standard
• Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy
• Putting away deliveries
• Sweeping & moping the floors
• Ensure the bins are emptied at the end of the shift
• Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
• Please note that heavy lifting of boxes/deliveries is required (including loading and unloading vans).

Minimum of 20 hours a week must be able to work Friday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and flexibility to work additional days - due to the nature of the business there are busier periods and we need someone available to pick up extra shifts.
An initial 3 month contract will be offered. If you prove you are the right fit for the job a permanent contract could be considered. If you are unable to work the days above then please do not apply.
