Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly to support the kitchen’s workflow.
  • Help with stock rotation and storage of food items, ensuring that all products are stored correctly and safely.
  • Support chefs during service by fetching ingredients or equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy dining area when required, contributing to an excellent guest experience.
