About you:
We are recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Porter that is available to work an estimated 30 to 40 hours per week. Be a Team player and dedicated to ensuring the highest level of cleanliness is sustained and kept within the Kitchen. Providing support to the Kitchen Team. We’re focusing on showcasing the best of British produce, cooked simply yet delivering incredible flavour.

Key Responsibility:

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils
• Keep kitchen work areas clean and organised
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed
• Health and Safety Compliance: Comply with all food safety, health, and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Porter
• Experience of working as a Team
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is advantageous
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is desirable
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
