• Assist with food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs and cooks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Help with stock management by receiving deliveries and organising supplies.
• Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Participate in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
